We're looking for a confident and driven Internal Recruiter to take the reins of our client's hiring process across multiple busy sites. Description of the role:

• Lead and deliver effective staffing across multiple settings.
• Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs in line with business goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance and best practice.
• Champion employer branding to attract top talent.
• Implement recruitment technology and data analytics to drive efficiencies.
• Create a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including diversity and hiring speed.
• Collaborate with department heads and act as the liaison between HR and senior leadership.
