Description of the role:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements, and communicate project objectives and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimise disruptions and ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular status meetings and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimise project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

About you:

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
• Prince 2 certification or equivalent preferred.
