Introduction to the Company

Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with a fast-growing company based in Melton Mowbray.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Workshop team looking to grow and develop.

You will oversee the operation of the Workshop including factory machinery and tools for the completion of required product samples.

Description of the role:

• Ensuring bespoke workshop orders are completed to required standards.
• Liaising with Sales teams over specifications.
• Ensuring all samples are on schedule.
• Scheduling daily workload and allocating staff.
• Checking and packing orders as appropriate.
• Working closely with the Samples Team Manager to plan workload.

About you:

• Experience of working within a small workshop
• Utilising heavy machinery in a fabrication environment
• Able to process heavy and fragile goods.
• Managing and overseeing a small team.
