Do you have experience of working within a customer service role whilst also having excellent administration skills?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Loughborough. As the Customer Service Administrator you will be first point of contact for all customers ensuring a timely solution is provided to all requirements.

Description of the role:

• Processing customer orders in a timely manner.
• Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries.
• Updating customers with any changes or updates on orders.
• Working closely with the external sales teams regarding orders and enquiries.
• Dealing with initial enquiries and distributing to the relevant teams.
• Ensuring all associated administration is accurate and complete.

About you:

• Experience of working within a Customer Service focussed role.
• Excellent administration skills and comfortable using new systems.
• Able to plan and prioritise own workload.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels.
• Team working and collaboration skills.
