We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our clients expanding showroom team. You will work closely with their showroom team to deliver outstanding service to their customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service and sales environment. The fast-paced nature of this role demands excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while being proactive and reactive to customer needs.

Description of the role:

• Support the showroom team and provide excellent customer service.
• Guide customers through the sales process via phone, email, and in person.
• Offer technical and design advice and resolve customer queries.
• Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to the customer database.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding after-sales service.
• Provide advice on suitability, sizing, and pricing, with a flair for interiors.
• Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
• Arrange sample dispatches.
• Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy showroom.
• Provide refreshments to customers during appointments.
• Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival.

About you:

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Extremely well-organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Enthusiastic and hands-on; thrives in a busy, fast-paced company.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in using a CRM.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
