We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to become a Purchasing Coordinator within our client's team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in initiating purchase orders, maintaining records, addressing order-related matters, engaging with suppliers, and assisting the Purchasing Manager in key operational aspects.
Description of the role:
- Project and manage stock levels for current and anticipated demand.
- Cultivate robust relationships with essential suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager across various pivotal areas.
- Generate and dispatch purchase orders efficiently.
- Monitor and assess product deliveries in alignment with issued purchase orders and sales orders; address and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Actively source products for the sales team, ensuring alignment with specified requirements.
