Sales Executive

£27,000 - £30,000 DOE plus up 20% quarterly bonus available

A great opportunity to work for an established apparel brand with a rich history and a global presence. As a Sales Executive working alongside the Commercial Director, your role will be crucial in supporting the growth of the distributor network.

Description of the role:

• Working with the Commercial Director to develop and implement the Export Market distribution growth strategy.
• Work with our existing distributor network to drive growth and channel expansion within their markets.
• Evaluate and challenge distributor business plans to understand their ability to deliver against the brands ambition and vision.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews with our distributor partners sharing business goals and objectives while reviewing performance.
• Research, assess and recruit prospective distribution partners.
• Assist in contract negotiation, relationship development & management of all distributor partners around the world.
• Occasional market visits to key international partners and new markets.
• Support the product team in gaining feedback and any market insights.
• Annual and Seasonal analysis of markets performance to ensure the brand is represented and partners are aware of overall business objectives and individual expectations.
• Continuous improvement in conjunction with the brands merchandise and planning teams to support the overall buying process.
• Interaction with colleagues across the company to develop and support the export business.
• Ensuring distributors are adhering to the brand guidelines and utilising the brands marketing assets correctly to ensure brand consistency.
• Reporting, forecasting and budget planning.
