Dutch Customer Service Representative

Fabric Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Nottingham's most employee focused and progressive business, who due to a recent growth and office move are looking to add to their already close nit and established team.

Description of the role:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Customers ensuring they are informed of new products.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives
• Support the local Marketing teams making sure all POS materials are available to our customers, and all promotional activities are well communicated into local languages following the company's guidelines
• Handle and resolve all issues ensuring best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart.

• Authorise sundry credit notes for commercial reasons (i.e., discount and price discrepancies, shortages and lost in transit) strictly following the company's guidelines and rules.
• Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
• To keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments, DC closures, etc.

About you:

• Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Customer service experience

• Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage
• Language skills; native or fluent speaker in Dutch plus English
• Analytical Skills; Well organised, methodical, and accurate
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication (verbally & writing) and problem-solving skills,

• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail
