Customer Coordinator

Fabric Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Nottingham's most employee focused and progressive business, who due to a recent growth of their Energy department are looking to add an experience Customer Coordinator from the Energy sector to the team.
Description of the role:
- Act as a point of contact for our customers whilst maintaining top levels of customer service
- Provide solutions to all customer queries via email, phone and letter if necessary
- Liaise with non-customer facing teams to handle complex customer enquiries and resolve the enquiry with the customer
- Updating spreadsheets, supplier bible and any changes in processes
- Handling any customer complaints
- Supporting and processing the efficient flow of business information
- Implementing and changing processes to make the business as efficient as possible
- Updating customer data to enable sustainable customer relations whilst following DPA and GDPR.
- Supporting the team with the renewal and retention of its customer accounts when required
- Production of renewal offers to our clients
- Ringing existing leads within CRM to ensure all customer renewal dates are correct
- Completing ad-hoc tasks to support Sales Manager, MD and other members of staff around the office.
About you:
- Previous experience in the Energy industry
- Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Customer orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
