Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the HR team, providing a pivotal service. Working within a very small team means there is opportunity for development in every opportunity. The HR team champions continuous improvement and proactivity in all activities.
Description of the role:
- Providing administrative support to the HR Team.
- Being first point of contact and triage of initial enquiries.
- Maintaining and updating HR information systems with employee changes, new starters and leavers.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure amendments are recorded and processed.
- Recording all absences and updating personnel files.
- Supporting the HR Advisor on recruitment campaigns, prepare adverts and interview documents.
- Supporting the HR Team to communicate new regulations and guidance.
About you:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience of working within HR or recruitment administration.
- Knowledge of HR and right to work compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Employment law knowledge.
