Full-Time, Permanent

Sheffield - with travel to additional locations

£45,000 + car allowance

Are you an experienced HR Advisor qualified to CIPD Level 5? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful business travelling to various sites and providing expert HR advice!

Description of the role:

• Being first point of contact to all HR related queries.
• Advising both managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Supporting HR Business Partners on disciplinary and investigation processes.
• Supporting recruitment activities and conducting interviews.
• Managing the onboarding and probation process for new starters.
• Identifying training and development needs throughout the business.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the payroll team with payroll information and providing support to employees.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

About you:

• Qualified to CIPD Level 5.
• Experience of working within an Advisory or Generalist role.
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
• HR System and software knowledge.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices.
• Ability to travel to additional sites and locations.
