We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding service to a diverse customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for order management, deliveries, returns processing, and customer account reconciliation, ensuring seamless communication and support for clients.
Description of the role:
- Manage order processing, deliveries, and returns, ensuring all transactions align with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed about new products, promotions, and stock availability.
- Work closely with Sales and Planning teams to ensure full and timely order coverage.
- Liaise with the Logistics team to ensure smooth handling of shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Support local marketing teams by coordinating promotional activities and ensuring customers receive necessary POS materials.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, keeping both customer satisfaction and company interests in mind.
- Handle credit notes and discrepancies, ensuring all adjustments follow company policies.
- Monitor and report on key account activities, ensuring clear communication across departments.

- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills are a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
