We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client's dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of client service and compliance.

Description of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to Directors, including diary management and day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee the management and secure storage of client documents and compliance records.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and handle key secretarial duties, such as preparing letters and typing accounts.
  • Manage billing processes, client payments, and the submission of accounts to Companies House and HMRC.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including monitoring supplies, liaising with external partners, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

  • Dedicated to providing outstanding client service while upholding the highest standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and friendly approach.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and proficient with various IT systems.
  • Capable of multitasking and efficiently prioritising tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive in identifying solutions and driving process improvements.
  • Ideal have experience in a similar administrative role.
