Description of the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to Directors, including diary management and day-to-day tasks.
- Oversee the management and secure storage of client documents and compliance records.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and handle key secretarial duties, such as preparing letters and typing accounts.
- Manage billing processes, client payments, and the submission of accounts to Companies House and HMRC.
- Coordinate office logistics, including monitoring supplies, liaising with external partners, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
