Senior Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our client's team as they look to add a Senior Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the customer support processes and deliver a first-class experience to their valued customers.
Description of the role:
- Make decisions on faulty, defective, or damaged orders.
- Implement cost-effective solutions for deliveries and exchanges.
- Resolve complex delivery issues while managing costs.
- Escalate technical issues to the Team Manager, Sales Director, or Technical Department.
- Assist with onboarding and training new advisors and act as a buddy when needed.
- Support the Team Manager in their absence to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
- Maintain trackers for the Team Manager, Sales Director, Warehouse Manager, and MD.
- Help the Team Manager achieve departmental objectives.
- Handle access checks, Moffatt quotes, and MSD/PF delivery queries.
- Organise returns, replacements, and refunds.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident with providing support and training team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
