The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the customer support processes and delivering a first-class experience to their valued customers.
Description of the role:
- Accurately input and manage data on the delivery portal to ensure timely and precise order processing
- Communicate with customers by sending delivery confirmation emails, providing them with the necessary information about their orders.
- Handle online order entry tasks, including access checks and addressing stock issue queries promptly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed to facilitate order fulfilment and address customer needs.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, providing assistance or forwarding calls to the appropriate team members.

About you:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred.
