Internal Sales Executive

£25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus

Fabric Recruitment is supporting a well-established company in the local area that due to continued growth is looking to add an Internal Sales professional to their forever-growing team.

Description of the role:

• Handling all incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Sending out customers' quotations, including following them up to convert to orders.
• Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
• Maintain and update customer relations management system.
• Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.

About you:

• Previous experience in sales
• Experience within a technical industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Motivated to exceed targets and objectives.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
