Description of the role:

• Assist in identifying potential suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
• Analyse pricing and negotiate favourable terms and conditions with vendors.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

About you:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
