Fabric Recruitment are currently working for an expanding local business who due to an increase in business, are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join there already established talented team.
Description of the role:
- Acts as main point of contact for all customer's consignment order processing / Invoicing
- Ensure all orders are handled professionally, quickly & accurately
- Maintain suggested stocking levels in SAP System to ensure customer needs are met
- and we optimise our stock holding, identifying over stocked or underutilised products for review
- Be responsible for processing Sales Quotations, Sales Orders and Sales Invoices related to the service and repairs of Tools for customers
- Coordination of Customer shipments & associated documentation,
- New account onboarding & new product set up to customer specification
- Identify and escalate potential issues or exceptional orders to team management
- Attendance at regular team meetings
- Be actively involved in suggesting ways to improve exiting team processes for the benefit of the customer and ATA
