Our client, a leading Global company is seeking a Warehouse Operations and Stores Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic work environment that values innovation and sustainability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage consumables stock and oversee daily picking and dispatch of sales orders.
• Process and manage invoices using SAP.
• Replenish stocks and manage stock purchase orders.
• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT), with training provided if necessary.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and performing manual handling tasks.
• Conduct stock checks, rotation, and inventory management.
• Handle goods receipt processes in SAP and sign off on purchase invoices.
• Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and ensure the upkeep of the warehouse.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Forklift License is a plus, though training will be offered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, organised, and able to work independently.
• Ability to carry out manual tasks, such as heavy lifting.
