The Route4 Solutions group are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their expanding team. If you're looking to join a business that values your input and gives you the opportunity to grow and progress with the business, then we have the ideal opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will ideally have some experience within the recruitment industry however this is not essential; as long as you're willing to learn and eager to develop then all the training necessary will be provided.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Manage job board and facebook advertising
• Screen and shortlist appropriate candidates
• Search for relevant CV's on job search portals
• Complete telephone and face to face interview processes
• Upload registration packs onto the CRM System and ensure compliance
• Update drivers in regards to available work opportunities
• Support team administration duties as required
