You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with your clients
  • Answer and resolve any client queries
  • Booking out vehicles and diarize day to day entries for deliveries and collections
  • Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are inspected and available for hire
  • Providing exceptional customer service to a varied client base

You will have:

  • Previous experience within a hire desk position is desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • A team player with the ability to work to own initiative
