Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with an exceptional hospitality business based in the heart of Nottingham to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the first step on the HR Career ladder. You will be ambitious, passionate about developing a career in HR and ultimately looking to progress your career within this business.

You will be providing support to the HR team and must be able to prioritise a busy workload to ensure strict deadlines are met.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide HR support to all employees
  • Produce new starter packs and ensure all right to work checks are complete
  • Arrange company induction and training for all new starters
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Processing employee benefits
  • Coordinate monthly management meetings
  • Minute take during employee meetings, including appraisals and disciplinary meeting
