An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Chesterfield. They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Sales and Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and success.

You will work closely with variety of departments and stakeholders to:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote services across the East Midlands.
• Conduct basic research to identify and engage with new client groups and opportunities for business growth.
• Organise and support promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.
• Manage and update website content and analyse associated data for marketing applications.
• Utilise social media platforms to maximise campaign impact.
• Enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Create, present, and implement new digital and online marketing ideas and initiatives.
• Support internal communications and marketing efforts to promote the business culture and employee engagement.

What we're looking for:

• A degree-level education (Business Studies/Law/Marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication and networking abilities, including handling client inquiries by phone.
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of current social media trends and their business applications.
• Data manipulation and analysis skills for generating reports.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on marketing for services rather than products.
• Outstanding organisational and administrative skills with strong time management.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Creative skills in website/graphic design, copywriting, or proofreading are ideal but not essential.
