This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business who offer a great working environment. As an experienced HR Advisor, you will act as a key point for HR related queries across the business.
The role is based in the Ripley area with occasional travel to their Coventry site. You will also be flexible to work later hours to cover disciplinary meetings for shift workers.
Description of the role:
- Acting as first point of contact for HR queries and concerns.
- Advising and managing ER cases from start to finish including grievance, disciplinary procedures, performance management and absence management.
- Developing, updating and communicating policies and procedures.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner and the wider team.
- Supporting the employee life-cycle assisting with on-boarding, induction and probation processes.
- Providing advice on pay and benefits.
- Dealing with queries on benefits.
- Carrying out exit interviews, analysing data and producing reports.
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience of managing employee relations casework.
- Able to build and develop relationships across a range of levels.
