Description of the role:
- Liaising with the Marketing and Sales team to develop and create opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Researching new projects to identify and secure prospective clients.
- Following up marketing campaign responses to speak to prospective clients.
- Taking ownership of the CRM database, ensuring all data is uploaded and monitored.
- Securing appointments for the Sales teams.
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
About you:
- Experience of making outbound calls to customers.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective data management and record-keeping skills.
